- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field
- 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in quick-commerce, e-commerce, or management consulting
- Strong financial acumen and P&L management skills
- Proficiency in data analysis, financial modeling, and AI tools
